We ship worldwide with GLS, FedEx, and Austrian Post. Business customers, please register with a VAT number for tax-free invoicing. Registration offers advantages for all customers.
The leading system for shipping costs is the shopping cart. In the EU, the value-added tax (VAT) is chosen based on the recipient country, OSS.
For Germany and Austria, we also offer Cash on Delivery - CashService: With GLS, we provide recipients with the option to pay for packages in cash on delivery. This means payment is made upon receipt of the shipment. CashService incurs additional fees.
Shipping Conditions
Delivery of goods is available worldwide.
EU – Intra-community delivery requires a customer account, for companies with a VAT ID number.
Intra-community delivery: as an EU non-resident with a VAT ID number, you do not pay VAT in Austria. (This is VAT-free delivery and invoicing for companies within the EU.)

Returns
For customers who have placed an order as guests, please coordinate the return with us in advance via email. A tracking number is required.
For customers with a customer account, returns must be processed through the customer account. A tracking number is required.
